I mean to tell you this every damn podcast but you really have the most magnificent games. Both concept and execution.

  2. Ben says:

Hot Fuzz could be called a cop rom-com in places, I’d say.

Loved the improv game, as always

  3. Marissa says:

Best game since the auditions one from the Family Films podcast. I always look forward to that segment. :) Great podcast, as usual!

If you all are starved for Buddy Cop films, check out a little-seen (in America) Canadian film from 2006 called Bon Cop Bad Cop, about two cops, one from Quebec, one from Ontario, who are forced to team up to catch a hockey-themed killer (cuz it’s Canada, see).
It was billed as the first truly bilingual movie, with characters freely speaking both languages (note: I’m NOT bilingual and it’s perfectly easy to follow with subtitles). Go-to movie villain actor Colm Feore plays the Ontario cop.
Just a suggestion, it’s not bad for a low-budget action movie.
