It’s a Pigsmas miracle! A full-length regular episode with all three hosts present for the holidays! This is bigger than Jesus, who we’re pretty sure doesn’t even have his own podcast! This episode has it all: movie news, a discussion of movies released in 2017, courtroom drama, a direct-to-video review, a game that turns unnecessarily mean-spirited because host Todd is a Scrooge, and so much more! Seasons greetings to all!
A brand-new Film Pigs Podcast has arrived just in time to bless your Thanksgiving holiday (you know, the one in the United States everyone likes to pretend isn’t about genocide)! This episode is fun for the whole family, with the Pigs discussing the latest Hollywood abuse scandals and wondering why Mel Gibson seems to be getting a bizarre pass during this whole thing. Plus, the latest movie news, a fairly-easy-to-guess-who celebrity is put on trial, a poorly thought out game of trivia, banter, vamping, and so much more! Don’t forget the cranberry sauce!
Surprise! It’s a brand-new, all hands on deck, regular Film Pigs podcast! Fresh off shooting the latest season of You’re The Worst, Stephen Falk is back and the Pigs are talking movies about summer! Plus, all the usual shenanigans: the sort of latest movie news, a riveting Movie Jail courtroom session, a long-but-so-worth-it bizarre line reading, an exciting game of Pitch Session (Summer Movie Mash-Ups Edition), and so much more. Plus, for the first time in a long while – the full force of all three Pigs complaining at each other!
Just barely in time to soothe Todd’s borderline OCD, the Film Pigs are proud to present a fresh episode of The Bacon! This time, we’re talking about movies that have the same title and Todd actually prepared a list of them and everything, so this is almost like a real show. There’s also talk of why the regularly scheduled episode was delayed due to Skelton’s dumb car and insider tips on using the AAA roadside assistance service. Bing!
The follow up to our commentary on “10”, this edition of The Film Pigs Podcast is a Bacon episode focusing on Rad Daly, who played Dudley Moore’s son in the 1979 film. Todd and Skelton quiz Rad on life as a child star of the 70s and 80s and get more than they bargained for. In under 30 minutes we learn about Rad’s life in Hollywood during the 80s: how he hung out with the Brat Pack, avoided drugs and alcohol, (mostly Todd’s) advice for aspiring actors, and so much more.
Be sure to check out our commentary on “10” for more of Rad’s memories of working on the movie and Todd’s sheer excitement at recognizing that guy from “Weekend at Bernie’s”.
